BIS came in to existence under the helm of Late Shri.
Nanakchand Mediratta
BIS started it’s operations in Pune
‘Late Shri. Nanakchand Mediratta’ introduced his younger son: ‘Mr. Vinay
Nanakchand Mediratta’ for handling operations
‘MSquare Metal Processors Private Limited’ was formed to re-introduce BIS as
‘One Stop Shop (OSS.)’
BIS added ‘Forward Integration’ in steel, by setting up a plant for ‘Laser &
Plasma Cutting’, along with ‘Bending Solutions’, followed by ‘Fabrication’
BIS got in to manufacturing& thus made it’s way towards tying up with giant
multi-national-companies (i.e., L&T Defense, Hydra India, Schwing & DRDO, etc..)
We started our journey of ‘Organization Development (OD.)’, by
understanding the purpose of our business in true sense
Due to BIS’s OSS approach of business, currently the group is standing on a
loyal base of 900+ customers across the geographies
